These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and the home healthcare services provided by DM Care360. By accessing our website, booking our services, or communicating with us through any of our official channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue the use of our website and services.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the DMcare360 website or availing any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines published on our website. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DM Care360.
Our Services
DMcare360 provides a range of home healthcare services, including but not limited to nursing care, caregiver services, physiotherapy, doctor home visits, medical equipment support, diagnostic sample collection coordination, pharmacy coordination, and other healthcare-related services. The availability of services may vary depending on the patient's location, medical condition, and operational feasibility. DM Care360 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
Appointment and Service Booking
Service requests can be made through our website, customer support team, WhatsApp, email, or any other official communication channel. A booking will be considered confirmed only after verification by our operations team and confirmation from DMcare360. Appointment schedules may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, operational requirements, emergencies, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
Patient Responsibilities
Patients and their family members are expected to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date medical and personal information to enable us to deliver safe and effective healthcare services. Patients must provide a safe working environment for our healthcare professionals and follow the medical advice provided by their treating physician. Any changes in the patient's medical condition should be communicated to DM Care360 immediately.
Payment & Refund Policy
DMcare360 offers secure online payment options through authorized payment gateway partners. You may make payments using debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, mobile wallets, or other available digital payment methods.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and using a valid payment method. DMcare360 shall not be liable for failed transactions, incorrect payment details, unauthorized use of payment instruments, or any loss arising from such circumstances.
All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. DMcare360 does not store your complete card details, banking credentials, or other sensitive payment information.
If a confirmed service is cancelled by DMcare360 or cannot be provided due to operational reasons, eligible payments will be refunded through the original mode of payment after verification. Refund requests approved by DM Care360 are generally processed within 7–10 business days, subject to the processing timelines of banks and payment gateway providers.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by informing DMcare360 within the prescribed notice period communicated at the time of booking. Cancellation requests received after the healthcare professional has been dispatched or after the service has commenced may be subject to applicable cancellation charges. DMcare360 reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to operational requirements or emergencies while making every effort to minimize inconvenience.
Medical Disclaimer
DMcare360 provides professional home healthcare support based on the patient's medical condition and the treating doctor's recommendations. Our services do not replace hospital care where hospitalization is medically necessary. The information available on our website is intended for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Patients should always consult their treating physician regarding medical decisions and emergency situations.
Professional Conduct
Our nurses, caregivers, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, patient confidentiality, and compassionate care. Similarly, patients and their attendants are expected to treat our healthcare professionals with dignity, respect, and courtesy. DMcare360 reserves the right to discontinue services in cases involving abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards our staff.

DMcare360 respects the privacy of every patient and handles personal and medical information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Patient information is shared only with authorized personnel or third parties involved in providing healthcare services or where disclosure is required by law.

However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from delays, service interruptions, circumstances beyond our control, inaccurate information provided by the patient, or medical decisions made by the treating physician. Our liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Force Majeure
DMcare360 shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in providing services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, civil disturbances, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Third-Party Services
Certain services, such as diagnostic tests, pharmacy deliveries, ambulance services, or medical equipment rentals, may be provided through authorized third-party partners. While DM Care360 carefully selects its partners, the quality and performance of such third-party services remain subject to the respective service provider's policies and operational capabilities.
